Working from a minimal brief, we are able to produce a detailed set of plans & elevations which can then be quickly converted to a 3D scene which helps explain the proposal to a Client or Planning Officer.

From the model we are then able to produce rendered elevations which are scaled in the CAD drawings.

Planning Pack

Planning Application pack for Golf Lodges consisting of coloured floor plans, coloured elevations and visuals all linked together in the various software so any alterations to the design can be quickly implemented across the whole presentation.

Concept Pack

Working from a set of Planning drawings created by HR Owens Architect on this extensive dealership, our client VECS, needed to demontrate substantial cost savings by redesigning some of the areas. This drawing and visual pack was quickly created to showcase these ideas.
