This was a project that just received Planning as COVID struck, so out of a need to be able to hold on line design meetings, we developed the concept of adaptive 3D CAD Construction drawings which could be used to present visuals and plans across the web to the Client and the Contractor so they could understand the design adaptations which were being concidered. 

Everytime there was a change to the production drawings, the 3D model was automatically updated and re rendered. So as the design develops, the final renders are practically whats actually built as can be seen from the progressive images below. This concept helped speed up the co ordination and design process with all the team members.

You will notice that even the Toyota brand was changed late in the build process being the first in the world to be incorporated into a Showroom.
